With utmost regret I have to write this that I am very disappointed with the IFB service. We raised a ticket (number: [protected]) for service of my washing machine (Model: IFB EVA AQUA VX) on 9th Jan 2016. 10th Jan we followed up and customer care told us that they don't provide service on Sunday, we accepted and said we are OK if the technician can visit us on Friday. There was a new ticket (number: [protected]) raised for the same.
We waited for the whole day on Friday, no one showed up. Saturday early morning, we got a call from (number: [protected]), the guy confirmed the address and told us that we will get an alert before 1:00 PM. We waited again and no we received no information and one showed up. We called the customer care and told everything, the operator put us on hold for more than 15-20 mins. Later, after a very long discussion with floor supervisor Suresh and area sales manager, they committed that someone will surely visit us for the service by 3:00 PM or latest by 11:00 AM Sunday morning.
Now, there is Sunday, we are still waiting at home instead of going out on a long weekend and guess what no one showed up. What kind of professionalism IFB follows? Is this the way you treat you customers?
Can anyone from higher management look into this issue and help us???
