[Resolved] IFB Industries — Poor installation : faulty unit : ifb

Hello,
I purchased ifb washing machine in mid 2015 and have gone through 1 service till yet.

On 25 oct 2016, i started facing issue with washing machine that the washing speed of clothes have gone very high, causing virbrations.

I raised a complaint with ifb customer care on 25 oct 18631915, executive came on 28 oct and iformed that the installtion of machine was not done properly as it was missing ratcutter. And now after 1.5 years rats has cut some wires and executive was telling that motor needs to be replaced at my cost.

Why should i bear the cost if the installtion was not by ifb properly.

I want ifb to give me the replacement unit asap or i would have to take some legal way.

As per company policy, charges would be applicable for the replacement of the part as it is rat bitten case and which is not covered under the warranty.
