[Resolved]  IFB Industries — poor quality of washing machine and worst service

On 27-october-2016 i bought an diva aqua fully automatic washing machine (Serial no[protected] from bharat tv centere. Bhavnagar. Gujrat-364001.
On this machine we had complained seven times and as per your toll-free number officer the official complaint number are as below.

Water leakage

The company is giving 10 years warranty. Why am i always being pushed to buy other products from the company through the technicians visiting for repair of the machine. Every times complaint has been lodged and on all occasions i was harassed by the technicians to buy soap, or cleaning material or to install filter for the machine.
On 16/08/2017 we have complained for water leakage and your technician had visited and pick up some of the part from machine and he go back my machine had closed for 22days. There is no reply from your service center with in 22days. After so many personally visit to your local center for complaint they reply us that parts not in stock..
On 07/09/2017 when we request consumer protection trust officer to phone call your service center and they phone called your service center but your employee had showed negative attitude towards them and consumer protection officer also suggested me for taking legal action but, i feel ifb is reputed company and it will understand my problem, so i mail you
Today in 12;15pm your technician had come with damaged parts and trying to solve my problem but he had failed and go back just by repairing the washing machine our machine is still not working properly. When i ask your technician for late service and fault but he is not able to reply me.
I am totally surprise with your job sheet which is given to your technician in which my problem is not written. There is not specification for my machine damaged parts details, our complain detail and our machine condition detail. Your technician reply that i don’t know when i ask him for why detail is not mentioning..
I am totally dissatisfied with this machine and ifb company’s service. I feel that this machine is defective manufactured unit which is given to me. Six registered and other four unregistered to your local service center total ten complaint within ten months of purchase its prove that this unit is defective manufactured unit


As per my knowledge it is 110% defective manufactured unit because,

1) first two complaints registered within four months of purchased proving that machine is defective manufactured.

2) another three complaints registered within six months of purchased proving that machine is defective manufactured.

3) another one complaint registered within 10 months of purchased proving that machine is defective manufactured.

4) another four unregistered complaint at your local service center.
5) not a single complaint is solved still today.

Total 10 complaints happen within 10 months of purchase proving that the machine is totally defective manufactured unit. I hope ifb staff is having better technical knowledge & iq and they will accept that the machine is defective manufactured unit.
On 05/09/2017 when i had visit your local service center for my six registered complaint problem at that time the service center head did showed over-smartness and threatened me of not providing any services and not replacing machine at any cost and also suggest me for taking legal action against ifb and also said that our company always hire advocates at high salary for replying legal action your legal action will not affect our company. Further such pathetic after sale service from such a reputed company was not expected today i regret my decision of buying a product from ifb. I am also aware that nothing will change even after my complaint but i hope that other people who wish to buy products from this company will be aware of the companies after sales behavior.

I am also capable for taking legal actions against you but i am sophisticated businessman and i am busy with my business. I have prestige in market and going court just for washing machine issue is wasting my time. If i will not receive positive response from your side then ifb indian market prestige loss will be more costly then small loss of my machine valued 21, 000rs which i have to bear. I hope you have more general knowledge of profit and loss account then me i hope you have prestige in market & respects your customer and understanding value of customer and their time. Please show positive attitude towards my problem.
So i kindly request to top authority that please replace my machine or return my money with interest as soon as possible.

recently I have started get calls from executive of your company and harassing me to provide Debit card or Credit card Detail.
i am totally surprise that I got a call from unknown number stating that they are from IFB INDUSTRIES and informed me that we are reimbursing your Defective Manufacture Unit amount and they are asking for my Debit Card Detail.

what i have to do ? please guide me urgently.

Please Take Necessity Steps For the Safety of customer.
