I have been your washing macine user since 1993.
In january 16 i had complained, to which your service agent delight services sent us enginner who opened the timer, the pump. The drum and few other things. Ultimately he reached to a decision that the machine 's pump had gone bad and so it had to be changed. So the next day and second hand pump was brought for the price of a new which i refuse to accept it. I, then had a talk with your area manager ms mayuri. After almost 7 days a new pump was brought and fixed. The next day when the machine was switched on the timer would not move beyond d. But as i left for official tour. I could only complain the same in april. Thereafter the endgineer from delight services came. And following parts were changed - the timer, the gaskette, the door. But the machine is not working. It doesn't go beyond d and now with weiard noises. This took place iaround second week of may. Therafter i have been comlaining to delight services. 3 enginneers have come to my place. The first one came, a novice fellow hhe could do nothing. Thereafter another engineer came after 7 days he also failed saying that a senior engineer will come. After 4-5 days another senior (I suppose) engineer visited. He said he will visit us again. Thereafter i have been calling delight services everyday for the past 5 days and each day i am promised that the engineer will come that day, but the same has failed.
And i am sure that the timer that my timer was perfectly alright which the novice engineer has changed and taken money from me. I have spent 9500 till now
To summarise the complain is for
1 novice engineer
2 repaired parts replaced and billed for new ones
