[Resolved] IFB Industries — product installation not done since 20 days. | |||||
Dear sir/madam, Iam writing this mail with deep regret, that i have made a mistake in purchasing ifb top loading fully automatic washing machine. The machine was purchased on[protected], but till date installation of the washing machine is not done, dealer has not registered on ifb for demo till[protected]. After my call to dealer registered for demo on[protected]Ticket no. [protected]) and iam following it up with your customer care since then, and everyday i call they promise today our person will visit for demo which is the case till[protected], if this is the case for demo then i have to imagine for any service on the machine will take months/years for your service person to visit and rectify the problem. Also your dealers service is pathetic and insane. I request all the people reading this not purchase any of ifb products because they are unfit to be in the market.
