I had lodged this complaint on 25 april and we are on 4 may, my problem has not been resolved.
The complaint is that the wm gets stuck in between.
Technician mr. Sharma had come on or around 28 april.
After inspecting the machine he said that one card has got to be changed.
He said that my machine was under amc and hence the change would not attract any payment. He further said (Which in other countries tantamount to promise from my own experience!) he would come back with the spare part in two days.
On 30 april another guy whose name i don't remember, called me around 5 p.M. To find out if he could come then. During conversation he stated that mr. Sharma did not know what or where the problem was and also he would like to come when there is water supply. I told him that i live in bombay/thane (Maharashtra) and there was no 24 hours water supply for us.
Accordingly he agreed / promised / said to come on monday, 2 may 2016 at 9.30 a.M.
