Raised a complaint for rectification on 22nd April 2017. Till date Technician vistied the location on 29th April 2017. Asking to buy some chemcial and gone. Till today never comeback or rectification done.
Trying to call his supervisor / manager never answers phone call.
Fed up with customer care of IFB.
Trying to contact customer care number they were helpless.
When contacted technician who ever visited spot, his response in rude manner.
His response is You can call customer care and lodge a complaint in "taunting tone"
What type customer service IFB is doing?
