I have been complaining about the faulty refrigerator for almost 5 months. After few calls to manager Jeffrey [protected], he promised me refund because problem cannot be fixed. Now its been over a month since he promised me refund. Everytime i call he has lame excuses like my manager is on vacation. I dealt things with lot of patience. Come on its been 5 months.
