On 11th June I had filed a complaint that the water is not draining from my IFB from t load machine which was purchased in 2018. A serviceman (Ph [protected]) was sent through IFB who drained the jammed mesh and did 2 cleanse cycles and also convinced me to get a water softener placed. I was charged 2300/- . The same problem is recurring since and today after registering complaint another serviceman Mr devi prasad has been sent who claims that the heater is faulty and needs to be replaced which will cost approx 680/- plus he says there is a visit charge of 590/-.
Kindly justify the warranty of your service charge and the exorbitant charge for visits that are repeated in 32 days time for same issue.
