No one from IFB are receiving the calls i am trying to approach Kharkana IFB service centre but no one are coming to our place to give service i am having problem with my washing machine which is under warranty When I am trying to reach KHARKANA BRANCH IFB SERVICE CENTRE BRANCH HEAD he is abusing me so i[censored] can't able to solve our issues pls refund the amount but don't abuse or don't disrespect the customers I am raising so many complaints but no one are attending the problem neither not coming to my place to solve the problem i spoke to Sandhya/Kalyani/lavanya, they told that they will solve the issue but couldn't do it and Madhusudan/GOPI called as branch heads also not responding I[censored] CANT BRING ANY SOLUTION PLS REFUND THE AMOUNT Was this information helpful? Jun 3, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved After so many calls to 080 47032300 from my side once they called me but not visited my house, They made me purchase stabilizer without giving any receipt and i am continuosly calling them as i have problem with my washing machine but no response, These are the complaint numbers 1011488652/1011435442, when i am trying to talk to there manager GOPI(kharkana branch) he is abusing me when i am trying to explain my issue & since so many days i am trying to reach them but no one are attending the calls They are particular about MONEY & making us purchase items which are not necessary they dont care about customer satisfaction & values, i am suffering a lot as my washing machine is not working since so many days, i tried calling Madhusudhan also but no response, so i cant suffer like this for long term so kindly refund the amount. IFB Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
