This complaint pertains to ticket no.[protected] dated.16 th may 2017 as confirmed by you through an sms on my mobile.
It was assured that the complaint shall be attended within 24 hours, as usual.
The nightmare started there when we started calling the technical staff to attend the repair. On 17th one technician came and varified the amc voucher and returned without attending the repair stating that the said amc was not covered by the [protected]@ nch to which he is attached. However he assured to allert the pertinent technician so that he will come and attend immediately.
There after i have left no stone unturned to get a technician to repair my machine but all my efforts are futile.
These are the mob. Nos. I called for help
[protected]; [protected]; [protected] (Land line); [protected]; [protected]; [protected]; [protected].
The pattern of responses were as under,
1) our technician is on the way to your home and may reach in an hour.
2) spares not readily available and looking for supply.
3) talk disconnected half way and switch to busy mode so further conversation is cut mercilessly, a slap on the face of a valud customer which no modern marketing guru appreciates.
4) shirking own responsibility, and finally
5) deleberately not answering the phone.
What can any body call such absurd responses as... Irresponsible? Short of customer care? Bullying the valued customer? So on.
Me and my wife both senior citizens are living together and helping each other and imagine our plight without washing cloths for such long time and no help coming from outside.
Hence i am forced to send this letter which may be treated as notice to attend the servicing/repairs within 24hours from now failing which i may have to seek the help of customer redressal cell to bail me out of this sitiation.
