My IFB 7 Kg digital washing machine is under AMC and Global agencies chembur mumbai is loking after the services. I lodged a complaint No [protected] on 22/6/16. The complaint was that inbetween the cycle after 15-20 minutes, my whole house electricity is tripped. This happened 3-4 times the previous day and it forced us stop using the machine.
On this complaint, technician Mr Ramnath came to attend and told that the machine is working fine. On telling him that it takes 15-20 minutes to trip he said he does not have time to wait till the entire cycle. He gave his phone number ([protected]) and asked us to call once the machine trips and in the meantime he will be in nearby houses. After 15 minutes, as it tripped, I called him and his answer was surprising. He told he does not have time to come today. And even if he comes he will not be able to find out the problem. This requires detailed evaluation and he will come the next day. It was around 4 PM. I immediately called the service centre and they promised to send him immediately. Despite all this, my machine was not attended. I tried calling service centre again but nobody pickedup.
I have realized that services of IFB are bad because there is no effective complaint portal. The service centres here have the say and company does not take any disciplinary action. My last complaint took 3 weeks to resolve and company did not bother. Was this information helpful? |
