My washing machine had stopped working and I’d raised a complaint for it, numbered [protected] on 23rd august. The technician visited my premises and assured us of resolution of problem within 2 days but on the third day my complaint was marked as customer rescheduled without my input and technician gave us the reason that the part required was being sent in by the head office and will arrive by 1st of September. I was also asked to pay an additional amount for the repairs despite my product being under AMC package. Its been over a week since I raised this complaint and now the technician does not answer any calls nor have I been sent any communication from the company.
