I own a front loading IFB Senator 6kg (fully automatic) washing machine. The authorized service in Trivandrum did not attend my complaint even after repeated request. It is almost a month now.
After my repeated calls a technician visited and unmounted the machine, found some problem with a part in my machine due to which water keeps leaking while spinning. He said the spare part has to be replaced.
After that there was no response from them. Every day I used to call the service centre to request them to rectify the defect. Whenever I call them they say the spare part has to come from Cochin and it will come in next 2 days and the complaint can be rectified. But nobody came until today.Today when i called them, they said it will take minimum 1 week for the part to get delivered from Cochin office.I doubt if they are carrying it on their shoulder and walking to trivandrum.
Since the washing machine is a daily using thing, we find it very difficult, without it. I never expected & never had experienced such a poor service from IFB! This is indeed very much depressing and gives a lot of mental agony to the customer, who unfortunately happened to buy a washing machine from your company! The complaint is lodged on 9th March 2016 & till today( 29th March 2016) no favorable response is received from company's side apart from the first day "appearance" of the technician. More over I'm staying in a place in Trivandrum city itself, which is very easily accessible.
Please let us know if this can be handled in better way or else we will post an add in newspaper about the issues we are facing so that it helps other people in making correct decision. Service center support is pathetic.
