Actually the issue started on feb 11, we have issue with the washing machine and we booked service slot by calling service center number.2 guys with ID card vistied our home and did service and charged 2890 and let.Now on 10 march we have the issue again and another guy visited and our home and stating that the previous guys are not from our franchise, we terminated them 6 months. And now again they are charging service charge and forcing us to close the service ticket.they are really rude and irresponsible.IFB ticket:[protected].and charging 890 instead of 590.
