Technician attended the next day and gave a list of items to be changed power board and door lock costing Rs 5200 and service charge of Rs 350. Advance of Rs 2350 was paid. The technician kept saying that the part has not arrived and after a few days stopped taking the call. On calling the service center today 1st sep, I learn that the complaint has been closed.
Kindly explain how is this possible?

3) Why is advance taken for parts from such a recognized global brand?
