My 1.5 Ton Split AC Customer ID 11040575 is having water seepage problem.
Complaints were raised on 12th July # [protected] and again on 12th August [protected] for the same.
A 3rd Party service provider USP AIR COOL came in on 12th July 2016 and charged Rs 1800/= visited thrice and for each visit charged separately for the same water seepage issue. My First Complaint was why should I pay for inefficient Technicians who just came cleaned the AC Ducts and Vents and changed a water pipe which did not help stop the water seepage even as on 13th August 2016. I had raised complaint # [protected] on 12th August and yet no action taken by IFB so far. It looks like I am begging for service, it is very unfortunate and strict action needs to be taken against a Lacklustre Customer Service. Was this information helpful? |
