I bought a stabilizer for my IFB washing machine in the month of January 2022 on the advice of your service engineer with a 3-year warranty. By the end of April, the stabilizer had stopped working, and in accordance with the warranty, the unit was taken by the IFB-authorised service engineers in Kanchipuram Shakshine Enterprises. The stabilizer hasn't been corrected for more than three months, and whenever I get in touch with them again, all they ever say is that they had to get a board from Goa. When I phoned customer service, they forced me to speak with Mr. Arul, who oversees the washing machine service. He shared the same justification and promised to resolve the issue within a week ( months before).
Since nothing had changed, I contacted customer service, who provided me with Mr. T Nandagopal's contact information. He is an executive and should be able to assist me. When I called him, he always said the unit had arrived and would be delivered in a day, even though he had promised to remedy the problem in a week three weeks prior. Now he won't answer his phone or reply to my WhatsApp messages.
In response, IFB customer service demanded a complaint number listening to this situation and raised [protected], which is now not shown on your website. Today, IFB AC section called for an appointment instead of a washing machine section and when I explained the matter, they encouraged me to contact the company because they were powerless to help.
I registered a complaint through their customer care and consumer compliant and IFB service center returned my stabilizer in two days which it failed again. Now again they have taken the stabilizer back and no response again . Was this information helpful? |
