I have contacted IFB customer care and got my front load washing machine (Senorita Aqua SX8 KG) repaired by Technician on Thursday, 9th Feb'23. I have got the service ticket number as SC81303. The technician name is Syed Faisal. He has diagnose my machine and told that there is problem with Board and sensor. He has repaired it and when i demanded for the bill, he told that the Bill would be sent in another 30mins. I have been trying to contact them and till now, there is no response from them. What I got to know from the technician is that their franchisee company name is "Sha Cool Tech".
I have contacted IFB Service centre and they told me that the service centre number got changed. My concern here is why IFB is having tie up with these kind of fake franchise and making customers pay more with fake services. Was this information helpful? |
