My complain is pending since 24aug 16 and now it's completely not working. tried many times with customer service as well as with technician name ramesh sharma mo no [protected]. he is not picking my phone mother area manager mr gaurav. i am highly dissatisfied with the whole thing. my registered mo no is [protected]. i am just helpless and planing to throw away the equipment.

Updated by Pankaj51079 My complain is pending since 24aug 16and I am greatly disappointmented with customer care and maintenence technician not picking my call not extending any support just passing the buck I am me tell harassed and thinking to throw away the equipment. I am buying a new equipment surely not from IFB.
I have tried area manager Mr gaurav
Not picking my call neither mobile nor land line.
I am trying since 9 Nov 16 customer care is fooling me no assistance I have talked with Mr Prasad. Mr varun . Miss ankita. And floor supervisor Mr Prakash Rana. But no result
