[Resolved] IFB Industries — Under amc washing machine defect not being rectified despite repeated complaints

Dear Sir, Inspite of repeated complaints my washing machine door problem has not been rectified. Its a door locking problem and engineer says it is not covered in AMC. The door closes and gets locked but the machine does not start till I have pressed the door 2-3 times. Please send a senior executive to justify or to rectify failing which I ll have to approach consumer redressal forum. My cust id is 10602213. Previous comp No 17339950.
