[Resolved] IFB Industries — very poor service and highly disappointing service agent | |||||
I bought a dishwasher (Neptune dx) in 2013. I made amc for 2 years of extended warranty. The machine had never shown any problem in its functioning all these while. But for last few months it started troubling us. Currently it's showing f5 and f8 error on its digital screen. So i contacted the nearest service station at bhubaneswar. But the service agents are dramatically playing with us. I had logded complaints regarding this matter at the customer care. But those are also non responsive and too irresponsible. The service agents keep on telling us to contact this person and that and so on... But no one has approached us yet. Now tell me one thing, we bought this machine not to trouble ourselves and waste my whole lot of time in contacting these silly people and spend my phone balance ruthlessly. By this, i don't think i'm gonna suggest any one to buy any of its product form ifb nor shall i think of purchasing any ifb product in future. Any one reading this text please do have a bit of conscience to take some worthy action on this issue and get my problem resolved as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
