Gmail COMPOSE Labels Inbox (381) Starred Sent Mail Drafts (18) More Hangouts Move to Inbox More 1 of 40 Expand all Print all In new window 4YEARS WARRANTY AND SERVICE FAILURE SENTHIL KUMAR D dsk Nov 2 to customerservice, bcc: whistleblower FROM D.SENTHILKUMAR CHENNAI MOBILE NO:[protected] TO THE MANAGER IFB APPLIANCES SUB:4 years warranty service not provided/ REF: MAY 2015 COMPLAINT NOT ATTENDED REF: COMPLAINT NO:[protected]DT.27.10.2015 ID NO:2967177 Dear sir, i had been purchased the ifb washing machine purchased on 28.08.2011 from savanna selvarathinam t. nagar cheenai and my model name is elite 5.5 on the purchase time i received with 4 years warranty from you in the four year not even attend the general service for the 1st year not even attend the general service for second year not even attend the general service for third year not even attend the general service for fourth year on may 2015 i given the customer care my washing machine is not working when i on the machine with in 10 minutes the display shows low and then the machine is in the idle contion and again complaint on 27.10.2015 and the service people mr. s.selvaam and he is mobile no [protected] and he attend the service on 30.10.2015 and he verbally told be the machine display want to be change and the warranty period is expired and we could not able to change and i ask him want you are saying give the service report copy and he refused to give the service report copy and i asked the technician in the past 4 years not even provide the free service for this machine in the warranty period so must must change the display at your own end only again he refused and he provide the mobile to her manager Mr.sarathkumar and his mobile no is [protected] and i spoken to him and he say we will not change the display you may complaint to head office and i asked why who have not attend the 4 free service when you attend the service you can identify the problem t is in the warranty condition it self.so many long arguments and again i asked before the warranty period on may 2015 i given the complaint why you have not attend but there is no response if you want any details you ask customer care and he dis connect the line. and again regarding this issue i raise the complaint on 30.10.2015 and 02.11.2015 two time regarding this at customer care i am holding so many products in godrek make only but iam 100% satisfaction with this company they are give good service and they are itimating the expired date of warranty and amc approach monthly customer feed back about the product and good servie to customer in time. by bad lick my fried suggested your ifb product and i am facing the problem alway the first impression is the best impression and iam getting the bad experience from your product to avoid the future purchases so for my complaint take priority action and replace the display board with free of cost due to your service failure.isues by only. and then the area service manager and the techinician behaviour is very poor while at the consumer end on 29.10.2015 first educate how to approach the consumers and feed back what the consumer asking i thnik thery are not direct service peoples i think it is a franchise peoples i think. if the problem will not rectify on priority basis and then i go for another step by way of higher level so kindly solve this Thanks with regards D.Senthilkumar
