This with respect to the Maxi Dry 550 and Executive Elite Washing machine.
Maxi dryer has stopped working a week back. I have registered a complaint with customer care on 20-Nov-15 for dryer and washing machine general service, the numbers are [protected], [protected].
A service engineer from M/s Classic Enterprises has visited on 24-Nov-15 after reaching out to the IFB customer care and the agency several times. He inspected the Dryer and informed us that the BELT is DAMAGED and he will be replacing the same next day. When asked about washing machine, he told he will attend during his next visit.
Today is 27-Nov-15, and there is no feedback from IFB or the agency. The service engineer still has not replaced the damaged belt.
Both the machine and the dryer are under AMC for the past 13 years.
During rainy season, the dryer service is required but my bad luck the dryer is not functioning properly. If the defect is not rectified during this server weather conditions, I'm not sure when will this be rectified. I hope that the dryer would be most used during these seasons which did not work out for me well this time.
Even the customer care is not attending to the pending cases and they are insisting to contact the agency people which is not my job.
I would like to get an update on this and would need the service engineer to replace the damaged belt at the earliest and also to service my washing machine.
If i do not get the service engineer at my door step in another 24 hrs, i'll be pushed to take severe action on this.
