[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Washing machine bad service

Within one year the ifb washing machine top load has stopped working. Takes 3 hours and uses way too much water. Technician comes after 7 days and repeated follow up, but is not aware of anything. Every question he answers replace filter and disinfectant. Replaced it, charged 2k, machine is still not working. Following up again. Compalint number: [protected]

Updated by Abhi Madangeri The issue is still not resolved and the technicians are unable to find the issue. The worst part is the complaint was closed by the area in charge (Indresh - Horamavu, Bangalore) without even intimating me or fixing the issue. Looking for a replacement of the machine as its below one year from the date of purchase and the to top it, the service is horrible. I feel the machine is a defective piece and unnecessary charges are being charged in the name of filter and disinfectant.

One of the worst experience with ifb washing machine..every 3months its breaks down and everytime the repair personnel asks us to replace the parts. The cost of each parts are more than 1000 Rs. We dont know whether those parts are genuine and whether he is charging the right price. I will never recommend anyone to buy this product.
