Registered complaint #c/n [protected] and this was closed without resolution. Then registered again [protected] following day. Since then my elderly parents, who are the users, are following up with local service partner but they are just fooling around. Either they have excused of not coming and even if they attended, they were unable to diagnose and left the machine in open condition.
This harassment was never expected from ifb brand. It seems they do not have any control over there service outsources agents. Unfortunately theer is no escalation matrix available and consumer is just left on lip service of customer care executive.
My parents have left hope as its now almost 10 days and no sign of relief. Really dont know what to do after paying amc till year end. Suggest all to avoid paying amc/renewing amc and go for some other brand. Was this information helpful? |
