I have been using IFB front load machine for 2 years and there was a defect in the drum and because of this the rubber behind the door torn. So now the drum will be repaired for no cost as I have warranty for 4 years but I have to pay 2500 bucks for the rubber which was torn because of the internal fault of the machine in the first place. This is so not right first I buy a expensive machine and now a whole lot of expense within just 2 years they are literally stealing my hard earned money and I don't know what to do about it Was this information helpful?
