[Resolved] IFB Industries — washing machine complaint not resolved even after 1 week | |
Hi, I registered a complaint (Reference number : [protected]), with my registered mobile number xxxxxx4073 on 1st august 2017. It's been more than a week now and my complaint has not been resolved yet. I am tired of connecting to your customer care and service center, and even today (8 days after i first logged my complaint), i have not received an satisfactory answer neither from your customer care nor from your service partners. I am really frustrated now and suffering big time with your dysfunctional washing machine. If possible, please get my complaint resolved as soon as possible, or at least please let me know the exact date by which i can expect my complaint to be resolved, so that i can look out for other arrangements. Aug 12, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved They Resolved my complaint, the very next day.
IFB Team also sent me a bouquet, after their Service. Really appreciate the gesture from IFB Team.

Ref Invcoice no SLA[protected] dtd 15/08/2017
With ref. to above subject I purchase IFB W/M TL 7 KG TL-SDG AQUA S SILVER 53/63 on 15/08/2017 with request to Deliver on 17/08/17 and for Installation and Demo on 18/08/17. I recd delivary on 17/08/17 After number of calls to Customer care IFB and Chroma Store and personal visit to Croma Store at Goregaon for demo and installation, they forgot to take initiative for demo and installation. But Demo and Installed on 19/08/17 by evening at 06.50 pm without prior intimation by technician. We found difficulty to operate the machine and installation work is also incomplete. At 7.15 pm, I inform to IFB Customer Care for the same . They informed that they will arrange expert technician to resend for redemo and installation.
On Monday 23.08.2017 remind to IFB Customer Care for the same. They give Ticket No. [protected], but they have not registered my complaint on 19.08.2017. Thereafter on number of I called to Croma Store, & Customer Care and IFB Customer Support, so far no response received by me from them.
Under such circumstances, I am not interested in your product, so you please take back the same and credit my payment to my account.
