[Resolved] IFB Industries — Washing machine drum changed inappropriately

Representative from IFb put descaler and drum losses shine after that. They get it replaced but since the its giving too much noice and is not working properly.

I have been calling them to replace it as drum change open whole machine and its unlikely that it will function as original because technician puts lots of newspaper in place of seal in machine.

Can this be looked please
