IFB Industries — Washing Machine Issue

Hi Sir/Madam,

I purchased IFB WM ELITE MXS 7012, 7.5kg Washing machine on[protected] with Invoice number - 1220/23/S-282.

On[protected] got the smoke from the machine while running it, we stopped and opened the door then got smoke heavily. On the same day raise the complaint after two days service team come and checked the machine. They concluded that rubber got damaged have to replace it. I aggreged after lot of arguments with service team.

on[protected] again got smoke heavily while running and I afraid for that, raise the ticket on the same day, service team came and told drum have to replace.

We are two member in my family, we are using only twice or thrice a week.
On an average we used 10times per month and totally 80times.

Why its getting such big issues ?

Am requesting your team to replace the product or take it your product. I don't want to use this product.

I called to customer care and service branch, they are not responding on my request.

Please help on this.
