[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Washing machine poor service

This is regarding complaint no. 16574480 registered on 03/10/2015. Our customer is 2818331. The complaint was attended one day later and the service engineer informed us that certain parts were required. From that day on-wards we have been waiting for the visit of service engineer to rectify the problem. We have been following up customer care number[protected] but every time they just apologize for delay and nothing else. I am unable to digest that the it takes 12 days to get parts from their head office at goa. We faced similar problem two years back and faced the same delay in getting the problem resolved.

Company did not done anything to resolve the complaint within reasonably time. I should have sued company for mental agony i had to face due to non working machine

Till date the problem remains unresolved and unattended. I have lost faith in IFB industries totally and will never recommend any ifb products to my friends and family.
