We had very bad/worst experience with IFB service, we had issue with our washing machine, we are getting error from machine so we have raised a complaint ticket no [protected] Dated : 30th April 2022. Technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace one of the part, which he said he will do in two to three days. But, till now no one turned up to replace the part. We were tracking the complaint daily and no one is attending the complaint till date . We are calling IFB Even local in charge, franchise and but none of them responded back.
