Ifb is the worst service provider. They do not rectify the problem but only take their charges. I made a complaint regarding my ifb washing machine in january. The technician came and told to change the part named shock absorbent. He took the service charges saying that he will replace it soon. Even after taking the service charges they provide the service free of cost for one month but he did not turn up. I kept calling call center. Nothing happened. Then again i called the service centre in the last week of may. The technician came, saw the machine saying that shock absorbent has to be replaced. He came after 2 days and replaced it. I paid the amount for shock absorbent and was charged the service fee again. The problem which was to be solved in january itself was solved in may for which i gave the services charges again for the same fault. I paid services charges again which i shouldn't have paid because it was delay from the ifb side. After replacing the shock absorbent the problem was not solved. Again i called on 2nd of june to the customer care for the same problem. The technician visited again after 2 days saying that the stand has to be replaced. I asked him to replace it. He said he will come the next day and replace it. But after 4 days also he did not turn up. From 2nd june i called customer care number innumerable
Times. I mailed to [protected]@ifbglobal.com several times.in return i get a call again from service provider that soon it will be done. This is the process going on from may last week.

I think they will drag it for 1 month again because till 1 month the complaint is open. And then after 1 month they will come and change the part and take the service charges again. They never sent me ticket number via sms but this time they have sent ticket number [protected] in 13th of june for the first time. Was this information helpful? |
