I brought an IFB serena Aqua 6 kg Washine Machine from Nandilath G-mart on 10/09/16.After delivery, they asked me to call the toll free number for installation.As per IFB standard they will install the product within 24 hours(mentioned on cover), but till today (16/09/16) they are not come to install the product.When i called there toll free number[protected]its not a toll-free, its toll-paid) for solution, they gave so many numbers of technicians(alapuzha) to call, i called all of them but most of the persons are switch off.One technician said they are not familiar in washing machine.WHAT IS THIS?.In IFB customer care malayalam, when i asked for solution one guy said "go and return the product to the shop itself and buy another product" and suddenly putoff the phone.WHETHER IT'S FAIR SIR?Not expect this from IFB.WHETHER IFB GAVE 5 DAYS HOLIDAY IN ONAM RUSH TIME?I lost my valuable time by taking leave for 2 days by waiting technician and spent some amount to call PAID TOLLFREE.I need justice sir.I think'CUSTOMER IS LIKE GOD(Mahathma gandhi)'so please do the needful to remind the great words.
