Had bought a new washing machine last august (16) and has stopped working since 4th august 17. Have called the customer care and raised multiple complaints but machine is still in dead condition. First visit was after 10 days of the complaint and said there is a fault in pcb and need to be replaced. After 4 days, pcb was replaced and then stated that detector has to be replaced. Post that there have been multiple calls and 2 visits but both the reps had come just to take pictures of the detector. Today, 12 sept after me raising complaints on multiple forums, the rep visited and changed the detector and tried diagnosing the problem. He spent 2 hours and concluded that the pcb that was replaced was faulty and that power supply is not passing through.
If ifb service reps are not able to diagnose the problem and ifb is not able to provide quality parts and service, request you to please stop making false promises.
Request you to please replace the machine if you are unable to find working parts for machines under warranty,. Was this information helpful? |
