IFB Industries — Worst product (IFB washing machine) and pathetic customer service

My name is Arun.. purchased the washing machine on October 2022. Within in a week there was an issue with washing machine. Which was instantly reported to the IFB service engineer Shashi He visited the site and after checking he said it is drum issue and also this model is defect so needs to replaced. He said he will report the issue and get replacement done with 2 to 3 weeks.. even after continuous follow up there is no replacement yet. Later again I reported the issue on May 19 to another device engineer Manjunath. Even he promised of it getting the machine replaced but after continuous follow up there is no response from him also.. escalated the issue to manager Manu but no use just got an arrogance response from him stating it my ( customer fault ) to not follow up the issue properly.
By overall experience I’m just devastated and frustrated with IFB product and Customer service.. never thought IFB brand will stoop this low. Just worst and horrible experience 😡
