Imagine another 10 days your washing machine doesn't work. Another milestone achieved by IFB.
Complaint number 18449733.Technician came from SM enterprises ( Okhla or laxmi Nagar).
Technician visits says the machine is not kept at a proper place.Last technician came from same place and said its better to keep the machine at this place.Hence, we didnt signed the customer invoice.To which the technician threatened no one will visit again i[censored] dont sign. Even after that the complaint got closed.How?? Thanks to fake signatures which your technician did. Dont keep duffer technicians.
After that i have got 2 calls from Goa office and have asked them to send the technician again.No one visited.Its been 10 days.
On 3rd evening got call from SM enterprises (Puja) that some will visit tomorrow.That tomorrow didnt came till today.
The problem is there is a part broken covered in AMC. Thats y the technician is so much relenting.
How many time do u want customer to call support??
