I have raised a complaint on 16 / 12 / 2016 regarding the machine instability in working. It was not working properly, means used to rotate some time and some time not. Also I said that the stabilizer provided is not working properly and there is a huge amount of leakage in the outlet. The stabilizer was provided by IFB itself. So with all these issues the customer care, they took the complaint and gave a complaint number "[protected]".
Two days after an engineer named "Raja" from their local franchise came to my house and inspected the machine. He said that there are some problems and some items needs to be replaced and he left saying that the items will be replaced within 3 days. He didn't say what has to be replaced. Days gone he did not turn up. Not even a call from the franchise or the customer care side or person who came for inspection.
On 23/12/2016, I called up the customer care again. Venkatesh from the customer care side picked up the call. I said him all the details. He replied with sorry. He said the complaint is being escalated so that its get resolved ASAP. He gave the number of the person who is the head of franchise. Divya. Venkatesh said me to call her and get the details on the complaint directly.
So I called Divya on the same day 23/12/2016. She picked up the call and I just asked about the status of the complaint. She cooly replied that she will be giving a callback in 15 mins. She didn't turn up.
With all this struggles my machine still remains under problem. The customer care says we are there to help you 24/7. But when the call is made to customer care its neither attended or attended after a long time to make sure all my money from my mobile gets debited and with this frustration I do not call the customer care again which gives them a chance to close the complaint and throwing the blame on them. I am not lying the closure of complaint happened without resolution. I can provide the details.
One more good thing about this franchise is that, the call and torture to avail the AMC and when there is a complaint they never turn up no the customer care.
Customer care says your complaint is escalated but what happens on the other side I do not know. I cant see what has been entered by the customer care representative about the discussion on the complaint. They cooly say Sorry and say the issue will be resolved with high priority and ASAP.
This company with its customer care and franchise make fool out of the customer. They are just playing with the customers patients and feelings.
Noting can be done to the company or the customer care or the franchise because they are big people. The can do any thing. The affected ones are the customer by all means.
I request to resolve the issues with the machine completely. Completely in the sense the person who visits my house should not ask the customer what the complaint is, he himself has to identify all the problems and resolve it.
If this is possible it would be of great help.
