Purchased Microwave Oven and requested installation on Saturday i.e 28/03/15 and appointment scheduled for Monday 30/03/2015 But as today no one came for installation. Its initial phase when I purchased your product and facing problem in even installation than its "?" for your service.
At least installation service should be provided at committed date otherwise I have doubt of achieving your Mission and vision at least for that focus on your service.
