* pathetic service *hello, my
Customer id is 699920. I have been using ifb senorita plus since last
10 years. I have registered a complaint 3 weeks before (Complaint
Number:[protected]. This was assigned to vijayalakshmi service and to a
Technician called nandakumar. He visited and he advised to take amc. He
Fixed in a minute and said "all done. It will run". He left immediately
And made me to sign the papers. I took amc too. Right after he left, my
Washing machine stopped working. When i called him back, he said he will
Come and address it in evening. This conversation went for 1 week. He
Came, changed the part and went. Finally, the ticket got closed without
Addressing the complaint. I opened another complaint[protected] to
Address it. This got assigned to same service centre (Vijayalakshmi
Enterprises). Unfortunately, i have shifted my home to different place
With in bangalore. Now the ticket is in pending state and no body comes
To fix my washing machine. Is this a professional way to do it? I'm
Totally frustrated with viajayalakshmi enterprises in particular
Nandakumar. He doesn't know how to fix and he is
