[Resolved] IFB — Long standing complaint regarding washing machine not attended to by company | |||
I registered a complaint regarding my IFB washing machine on 19th October 2014. Subsequently a service engineer visited my residence (after undue delay). He checked the machine which required a change of cabinet and table top for which I was required to pay a cash advance of Rs 2500. I was given a receipt for the amount and was assured that the cabinet and other parts would be changed within a week. Unfortunately in spite repeated calls the service centre has not carried out the necessary repair. My customer ID is 2945173 and the complaint No. 14058922. I expect better services from such a reputed company specially considering that I hold a valid AMC No. 274605 valid till[protected]. I expect some action to be taken against the concerned Service Centre as I have been a loyal customer for many years. Was this information helpful? | |||
