Please send someone to check and rectify the problem. It was the sound.I have complained and the IFB mechanic came and changed the bearing .The machine worked for one day and stopped completly.Now they are telling they need to change some parts which they are not having.First complaint was made on 29.09.14 and the complaint number was 11784163. Today it is 13.1014.All these days our machine is not working .Today when I enquired about required parts, it is not received.Why this much delay.Our cost.ID number is 1232567.
