IFB — MCB complaint

i have purchased IFB washing machine during aug-2014 along with MCB voltage control.Now i am facing some problem while switch on the machine, MCB automatically changed from green to red within 2 min. i tried with some other plug point but same problem occurred.Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible

I have purchased ifb mcb volt cutage device along with ifb washing machine installation in jan 1st week 2021... Now when i switch on the mcb device is switching to red color only... pls kindly solve the issue asap & i m from BANGALORE region
