[Resolved] IFB Microwave Oven — complaint under warranty period | |

I bought a IFB convwction microwave oven model:20SC2 Microwave Oven, and it is not working now, which is in warranty period. I first complained by calling IFB Care on August 12, 2014 with complaint Ticket No: 11647364They gave me different phone number of different service centers in Calicut. I called the[protected] / 6060123 /[protected] / [protected] number .After calling frequently for more than 7- 10 times an engineer came to home and inspected, but the service was not completed and he told another person will visit on next day for same call. No other person visited .After that incident I have called the customer care center and they have given a service engineer number ([protected]) at Calicut. After calling for 20-30 times frequently he visited on[protected] and told me to carry the oven to Service centre tomorrow.Is this the way you treat the customer. Iam totally fed up with this. For last one month I have been calling customer care, till now it is not been repaired. You may take back this product and pay back my money. Please do the needful at the earliest.
