On 11 / 8 / 2015, i registered a complaint regarding non - working of the timer and was given ticket no. 16194922 and was asked to keep in touch with the service agent global enterprises. Everyday i have contacted them on the given no. [protected] and 25255281 from 12th august till date.
I have spoken to the following staff - hitesh, geeta, amrish, anand & sooraj. These people speak rudely and keep bluffing me that the repairs will be carried out before the end of the day. 2 weeks have passed and no sign of any repair although i have been waiting patiently at home. More than 1 / 2 month, i now need ifb to inform me when and if the repairs are going to be done.
Does ifb wash its hands off after selling you a washing machine? There seems to be no customer care at all and no after sales service. Does ifb consider after sales service as a big favour to the customer. This was my first ifb washing machine and i repent investing rs. 18500 / - on an appliance that will not be repaired by the company.
