My dishwasher is having problem. It is on an extended warranty product about 3 year old. Service people came on 30th August 2014 from Sri Sai Home Care Teynampet for asking for maintenance service and ran the machine with Descal. Halfway through that The engineer claimed there was smoke and asked us to log a service call.
We had lodged the service call on toll free number.
Two people came and then said they do not have a particular spanner and said they will come the next day.
Two days later they came and said one board is gone. They will come with the spare. they are yet to come. we are regularly calling the agency every day and nothing is happening.
So for the last 7 weeks we are waiting.
The pity is a running machine has been reduced to this state.
Please have it attended immediately.
