I purchsed ifb neptune vx dishwasher just three week ago. When i pugged it in, the unit was giving shocks. The tifb echnician advised me to check the earthing and call him back. I paid 1500 inr to get the earth pits reconditioned and ensured earth resistance is less than 1 ohm. When i plugged it in again, it is still giving shocks. This is an electrocution hazard, so i decided not to use and place a call with ifb call center.
Now the fun begins. After repeated followups they finally sent a technician today. Lo and behold, i placed a complaint for dishwasher and they sent a washing machine technician. The call center advised me to contact ifb local support in hyd and gave me the numbers. The numbers are 100% always busy and simply can't be reached. I'm so frustrated i am thinking of legal recourse finally.
Is this a reputed appliance maker like ifb addresses the customer complaints? At this time, i really don't have any hope of ifb rising up to customer service needs. What will be my next step? I spent 50, 000 inr on buying the unit, stabilizer, stand, dish washing fluids and now i'm madder than hell that i got swindled. Ifb do you have any shame or sense of customer service?
