[Resolved]  IFB — New 1.5 ton AC Not working

This korshik pal from rotary club of sundarban (member) . I Purchase a AC on 20th april 2014 from your reputed dealer for the purpose of a Operation Theater . My club have a eye hospital ( free service to people). From the first day My AC is not working properly . That's why we are unable do any operation . I think you know that with out AC not possible to do any operation . So we are unable to give proper service to people . Now what is our Rotary's reputation . My first complain no is[protected] .Now it was closed with out any service .. Reason for the closing of the complain is Ac is working .(got the information from your call center) I also contact with your head technician Mr Saidul ([protected]), every day he informed me that tomorrow i will go for service . I contact your kolkata branch office at[protected] with Mrs Uma Sengupta. On phone conversation she informed me that they are unable to give us the service .They are not responsible for that . Again I call customer service and again book a complain no that is[protected] and talk with pradip fathura .. He told me that please wait . Several times i maild them but no reply comming from ifb company. Till now i am waiting ...
