[Resolved]  IFB — No response after creating a ticket and shouting at call desk

We recently bought a IFB washing machine and getting it installed was a nightmare. The installation happened after we shouted at the IFB call desk and it was at night 10.30. Two weeks after that the machine is broken. Again another complaint[protected] raised and no response for 3 days. We again shout at the call desk after 3 days and a technician comes and says tub needs to be replaced. Its hardly been 3 weeks a new washing machine and tub replacement. But still no-one from the service desk calls up or checks the status. Pathetic guys. I have suffered a lot from purchasing such a crappy product. I am requesting you all to make a wise decision. Go for other products. Bosch and LG are good and they have nice support teams.
