[Resolved] IFB — No response for the complaints | |||
I have given compliant on 24/03/2015 compliant no[protected] customer ID No3413107 about my IFB washing machine purchased on 25/05/2012 model Senorita VX 6 Kg.It was informed that another technician was required for completing the task.From that movement i have been calling on these service numbers: True care (Franchise for IFB industries Ltd[protected], Mr.Sai Marudu Vanan-[protected], Manager-Priya-[protected].Today (13/04/2015) alone I have made 17 calls .Till now no action was taken either they say "Macro technician is on leave, technician is not available or spare parts was not arrived or the spare part arrived colour is changed " Sorry to say that IFB service in chennai is getting worse Was this information helpful? | |||
